Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Illumicrate fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
